What payment options are available in the store?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard etc.), Bancontact and bank transfer.
How secure is the online store? Will my data be protected?
Your data will be treated confidentially via Strype Payments services and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Payments by credit card will also be verified via the 3D Secure procedure.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering, you will quickly receive an order confirmation by e-mail with a link to connect with your identifiers. In addition, you will be able to connect to your viattech account, go to “E-Learning” and find your courses there.

How can I connect to my course ?
The courses are hosted on another server. Once you have purchased a course, you will receive an email saying “Use your copy of” Course … “”. Follow the “Confirm your account” link in this email and you will find yourself on the course platform. There you will need to choose your password and log in. Your profile information will already be prepared for you.
If you already have a course account, the new course will be added to your profile (assuming you purchase it using the same email address associated with that account). If you have an account but purchase a new course using a different email address, contact us and we’ll manually add it to your existing account.
How long do I have access to the courses?
How does lifetime access sound? After your payment, you have one year of access to the course – on any device you own.
