The objective of this training is to provide an overview of dependability (RAMS) and to acquire:
– A knowledge base for the consideration of safety activities operating in the life cycle of a railway project
– Methods to specify with sufficient precision requirements for dependability and their demonstration
– The ability to analyze and validate a system from the point of view of dependability
This module is introductory. It provides an overview of the various activities of dependability for which other specific training modules are provided.
